CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge/microfibre cloth - avoid using dishwashers and abrasive scrubbers. Do not leave to soak.

  • Keep the board dry to prevent warping - thoroughly dry both sides after cleaning and before storing.

  • For stains and odours, use lemon juice and baking soda. Apply and rub into the wood with a damp cloth, rinse, then dry completely.

  • Protect from extreme temperatures and prolonged sunlight ecposure to avoid cracks and fading

  • Sanitise with a 1:4 white vinegar:water solution and air dry. Consider food safe commercial cleaning solutions

  • Apply a food safe mineral oil or conditioner to revitalise the look of your board
